Despite the rainy weather, on the 4th of April, over 100 people joined the Hidden Harvest team for their hugely successful ‘Wine-ing about Food Waste’ event. The night featured delicious upcycled food, local wine and engaging discussion about the complex issue of food waste. Held at local bar, The Little Prince, Hidden Harvest served a tasty three-course meal of tapas whilst discussing mind-blowing statistics and handy tips to help guests turn their own homes into #MoreTasteLessWaste havens.
‘Wine-ing about Food Waste’ was the second event of Hidden Harvest’s ‘More Taste, Less Waste’ campaign, which aims to collectively rescue 1500 kilograms of food from being wasted.
