Each month, the HH crew brings you delicious dinner with a waste-wise focus, featuring some chilled tunes to get you through hump day. With the help of Frank’s Wild Years, we dish up a scrumptious vego feast made from locally sourced surplus food that would have otherwise been wasted. Wasted Wednesdays allows us to share our story and creative ways to celebrate these currently ignored, overlooked or surplus (by-) products within our food system and spark some #MoreTasteLessWaste attitude. The nights run on a pay-as-you feel basis and it’s first in best dressed.
