On May 9, 2018, we put a twist on our usual (wasted) Wednesday night by bringing the community together for a few bevies, a delicious feast and some intimate tunes!

Hidden Harvest and Franks teamed up to bring keen food waste warriors a vego dinner made out of all locally sourced food that would have otherwise been wasted. Set in the gorgeous, cosy and candle-lit abode at Franks Wild Years, we hosted an intimate evening of conversation and consumption, with guests enjoying a home-cooked three course meal made from ignored, overlooked or surplus (by-) products. Set to the tune of music from Sydney nu-folk duo Diamond Duck, the evening was a scrumptious success.

Guests were also lucky enough to take home some goodie bags filled with leftover fresh produce and exclusive HH action packs, with the hope that this #MoreTasteLessWaste attitude would be brought back to their own homes.
