On the 7th of March, Hidden Harvest hosted a delightful gathering over canapés accompanied by a hint of food waste banter as part of our More Taste, Less Waste campaign. The campaign aims to collectively rescue 1,500 kg of food from ending up in landfill, by transforming rescued food into delicious meals served at 4 community events. Our HH team provide handy tips and foodie inspiration to empower our guests to turn their kitchen into a #MoreTasteLessWaste haven.
Nearly 90 guests joined the buzzing conversation at Little Prince, where the team fuelled the conversation by serving delicious canapés from 175 kg of food rescued by the HH team. The crumbed eggplant fingers, banana peel chutney and carrot top pesto were the standouts of the evening!
